PRIVACY POLICY SUMMARY
365Loan is dedicated to protecting the privacy of your information. 365Loan
is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent,
non-profit organization whose mission is to enable individuals and organizations
to
establish trusting relationships based on respect for personal identity
and information by promoting the use of fair information practices. This
privacy statement covers the sites www.365loan.co.uk.
Because 365Loan wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy,
it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy
practices
reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.
We do not sell or share your information with third party marketers. So,
there is no need for you to ask us not to. In fact, there is no need for
you to opt-out of any information sharing because, unlike most financial
institutions, we provide you with an opt-in. This means we won't share your
information unless you explicitly tell us to, even though the law allows
financial institutions to share your information unless and until you tell
them not to. Additionally, although the law allows financial institutions
to share your information with other financial institutions under a "joint
marketing agreement" without your consent, we don't.
Because we feel that current laws are inadequate in protecting your privacy,
we've taken the liberty of providing you more privacy protections than the
law requires. Now that you know some things we don't do, here's what we
do:
WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
- When you explicitly instruct us (opt-in) to forward your application
to another lender that may be able to help you in the event we are
unable to offer you a loan that meets your needs.
- With companies involved in the loan process such as appraisers or
title companies.
- With service providers that assist us with processes or functions.
This includes offering you the choice to use an overseas
service provider for the processing of loans.
- As required by law.
WE SEND YOU COMMUNICATIONS:
- During the loan process as necessary to complete the transaction.
- To assist you with your debt management or recommend loan products,
which you may opt-out of when your first open an account or anytime
you receive the 365Loan email by clicking on the unsubscribe link.
WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION:
- Using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology supporting up to 128-bit
encryption to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing any personal
information transmitted to or from 365Loan.
- By limiting access to your personal information to only those authorized
parties that have a "need to know".
- By requiring all employees to pass a training course on privacy and
sign a privacy pledge.
Please review our full policy below for more details. If you have any
questions pertaining to our privacy policy, please contact
us.

have provided answers to questions you may find most important, and have
created the following sections:

a later time.
Mortgage or auto loan application
In order to process your mortgage or auto loan application, we
collect information including name, address, social security
number, assets/liabilities, property location and value, and

loan, we may request your credit card number over the phone,

If you apply for a mortgage loan, you don't really need to create
a My 365Loan account. However, you may

the information is saved in your preferences so that you can
return to your application and finish completing it at another
time without having to reenter any information.
When you setup a My 365Loan account, you
will select a password to use. You will need this password to
access your personalized Web page.
Contest, promotion or online surveys
We sometimes run contests on our site in which we ask visitors
for contact information (like their email address), and we
may ask additional optional survey information (like product
preferences). We will use information from contest entries
to contact you if you win, and names of contact winner will
be made available upon request, as required by law. We may
use survey information for aggregate analysis of our contest
entrants. Your choice of whether to participate in a contest
will have no affect on your ability to access or use the rest
of our website. All contests are subject to rules that will
be available with each particular contest.

of submitting general information, such as whether you own a
home, for purposes related to providing you with new financial
products or services that may be of value to you. Certain information
must be provided at the time you submit your request for a financial
service or product. We allow you to submit your loan application
without providing all requested information to speed up the loan

fund your loan.
- Information collected from other sources
365Loan may also collect information about you from the following
sources:
- Consumer reporting agency: We may receive information regarding

agency. We use this information to approve and process your
loan application, and to offer 365Loan products that may be
of interest to you.

with you. 365Loan uses this information to verify representations
you make, such as your employment history, loan or credit card
balances or your property insurance coverage.

DOES 365Loan SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD
PARTIES?
365Loan may share your personal information:
- When you opt-in to information sharing.
Examples: You may consider it beneficial for
us to forward your loan application to another lending partner
who may be able to help you in the event we are unable to offer
you a loan that meets your needs. You may find this convenient
since it means you may not need to search for another lender or
complete another loan application. If you are interested in this
benefit, you will be afforded the opportunity to opt-in at the
end of the loan application. Similarly, you may apply for a loan
in conjunction with a campaign associated with an airline frequent
flyer program. In order to have the airline credit your mileage,
you will be given the opportunity to provide information such as
your frequent flyer account number if you wish for us to notify
the airlines of the mileage that should be credited to your account.
In doing so, we will share minimal information with the airlines
so that they credit the proper account.
- With companies involved in the loan process.
Examples: Appraisers, credit reporting agencies
and title companies are a necessary part of the mortgage transaction.
Therefore, we must provide some of your information to these companies
in order to process and fund your loan. Additionally, because we
do not service mortgage loans or some of our auto loans, we will
sell these loans to investors/lenders and you will be notified
which company will service your loan and to whom your payments
should be sent. These companies are required by law to adhere to
federal and state privacy regulations.
- With companies that perform services on our behalf.
Examples: We sometimes use service providers
to assist us with specific processes or functions such as distributing
our emails for us or processing automatic payments that you may
have requested as part of your auto loan transaction. Some of these
processes may be performed by a service provider located overseas.
We require the service providers we use to sign business agreements
that restrict their use of your information to fulfilling the contracted
service.
- As required by law.
Examples: We may need to share your information
with law enforcement or government agencies in response to a subpoena,
state/federal audit or other similar circumstances. Additionally,
the law requires that all mortgages and deeds of trust be recorded
with the local county recorder's office.
The 365Loan website may link you to other companies' websites that
offer services that may be of interest to you. These companies
do not obtain any specific information about you or your transaction
on the 365Loan website. You may also access the 365Loan website from
another company's website. We may collect Web traffic statistics
from you and other consumers' Web browsers, and we may share this
aggregated information with outside companies to assist them with
assessing the effectiveness of their website content. No personal
information is shared in this aggregated information.

DOES 365Loan USE AN OVERSEAS SERVICE PROVIDER?
365Loan may use trusted third party service providers located overseas
for processing of your loan. You are given the choice to use these services
when you submit an application. By offering you the opportunity to use
these services, we are able to improve customer service and accelerate
the time to funding by allowing 24 hour processing of applications. You
may opt-out of overseas third party processing. If so, your entire application
will be processed domestically and 365Loan will continue to provide you
the highest standard of service.
Our service providers are bound by strict privacy and security standards
that are consistent with 365Loan's stringent privacy policy. We do not
send paper documents to our service providers overseas. However, we do
allow access to limited information through a secure network connection
that adheres to 365Loan's strict standards for the protection of customer
information. In addition, all of your information will only be stored
domestically.
